This project involves a meticulous gut renovation of a “classic” six apartment located on the Upper East Side of New York City. The apartment’s prewar details have been restored, while the kitchen and bathrooms have been completely updated.

The goal of the renovation was to maintain the apartment’s historic charm while incorporating modern design elements and improving functionality. The prewar details, including moldings and hardwood flooring, were carefully restored to their original beauty.

The design choices reflect the sophisticated ambiance of the Upper East Side, combining classic and contemporary elements to create a truly exceptional living space.
